Review : Good quality body wash, smells yummy
This body wash is a clear viscous liquid with a nice clean tropical fruit smell that leans more towards pineapple than papaya. In use, it smells a bit like chocolate to me. It is a European-style body wash in that it does not produce a lot of suds. It does an excellent job of cleaning without making my skin dry and leaves behind a bit of the same nice tropical scent for about an hour.
It is very shampoo-like so I use it to wash my head and it does an excellent job of cleaning both scalp and hair.
Not to niggle, but I always find it a little insulting when a manufacturer claims that skin, hair, or nails can be "nourished" by applying something to the surface because reality just doesn't work that way. It is also questionable whether enzymes can really remove dead skin in the amount of time soap is on your body before rinsing. If you are applying the body wash with a washcloth or sponge as directed, it is the friction that is removing the surface skin cells...
